Parked cars on Latchmere Road at the junction of Latchmere Road and Shellwood Road severely restrict visibility for cars emerging onto Latchmere Road at that junction. Latchmere Road links Battersea Park Road to Lavender Hill and carries heavy, fast-moving traffic. There is a clear risk that poor visibility will lead to a car pulling into oncoming traffic in Latchmere Road. In addition, the lack of visibility from Shellwood Road is increasing the volume of traffic using junction of Knowsley Road and Latchmere Road, creating a rat run through the Poyntz triangle.

We, the undersigned, call on Transport for London to put in place measures to: 1. Make the junction of Shellwood Road and Latchmere Road safe by installing a mirror; 2. Review parking on Latchmere Road to ensure visibility of traffic from Shellwood Road.
